Employment terms & conditions
These terms apply to the website workeuropa.com (Work Europa) and describe the conditions under which we provide job-matching services.
Who we place
We help with employment for citizens of Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Armenia, Romania and EU countries.
A mandatory requirement is a document confirming legal stay in Poland: a work visa, residence card (karta pobytu), an EU passport or Pesel UKR.
How the process works
1. You submit the application form and your CV - the manager will advise the preferred format.
2. You go through two interview stages: an internal one and one with the employer.
3. Once all parties agree - document collection and preparation for departure.
4. Employment is formalised officially under an "umowa o pracę" contract. For work in another EU country, departure is arranged via the A1 form.
After all parties agree, the worker departs and their documents are processed from the first working day.
Cost of services
Vacancies are free. Work Europa does not charge candidates any fees for access to vacancies or for the matching.
For additional services (for example, document processing) fees may be charged by our partners. Work Europa itself charges nothing.
If a partner charges for documents, this amount is deducted from your first salary. No prepayment is required, you do not pay anything upfront. The manager tells you the exact terms in advance.
Separately, partners can arrange an invitation for a visa. This service is available for citizens of the countries listed above, check the terms with the manager.
Documents you will need
A document confirming legal stay (work visa / residence card / EU passport / Pesel UKR), and a CV.
The full document package for a specific vacancy is agreed with the manager during processing.
Good to know
The manager explains all the terms for a specific vacancy in advance - with no hidden fees.
We provide information and intermediary services for matching vacancies. The final working conditions are set by the employer in the contract.
Our rights and limitations
Work Europa provides information and consulting services only and is not an employer. We do not guarantee employment: the final decision on a candidate is made by the employer, and timelines and conditions depend on available vacancies.
We reserve the right to refuse service without explanation, to decline an application, to suspend or stop processing an enquiry, and to restrict or block access to the site.
This applies in particular where a user provides inaccurate or incomplete data, breaches these terms, or acts in bad faith.
We may change these terms and the content of the site. The current version is always available on this page.
Not sure where to start?
The consultation is free. A manager will match vacancies specifically for you.
